We do not ship physical products. Here is how and when receipts and confirmations reach you.

1. No physical shipping
Balee Organization is a non-profit charitable trust and does not sell or ship any physical products. Payments on this Website are donations and membership fees, so no goods are shipped.
2. What you receive and when
- Payment confirmation — shown on screen and sent by Razorpay to your email / mobile immediately after a successful payment.
- Donation receipt — emailed to the address you provide within 7 working days of a successful donation.
- Tax-exemption (80G) certificate, where applicable — issued in the form and within the timelines required under the Income-tax Act.
- Membership confirmation — emailed within 15 working days of payment, once the application is approved by the governing body.
3. Delivery method
All receipts, certificates and confirmations are delivered electronically by email at no cost. If you need a printed copy posted to an address in India, write to us and we will send it by post or courier at no charge, usually within 15 working days.
4. Didn't receive your receipt?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still cannot find it, contact us with your name, payment date, amount and Razorpay payment ID and we will resend it within 3 working days.
